We provide Contractual services on annual basis that will comprise of the following scope of works: –
- Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors / carpeted floor / staircase area / lift lobbies
- Wipe clean windows, table tops, work station, chairs, signboard, cabinet tops, railings, lift cars, partitions, glass doors, …etc
- Shower, Toilet, Sauna – wash clean, spot mop & clean, disinfectant and sanitary cleaning
- Scrub clean – all type hard surface floors such as – tiles, granite, marble and cement rendered.
- High pressure jet wash & cleaning
- Maintain driveway and parking area.
- Clear cobwebs as when necessary
- Clear rubbish bins, refuse bins and refuse chamber
- Hygiene Needs Supply Management - Soap Dispenser, Sanitizer, Hand Dryer, Air Freshener, Tissue Supply
- Pest control and sanitary bins services
- Maintain perimeter drainage area clear of sand, soil and algae.
- Report any damage & repairs to client.
- Join inspection with client.
- Swimming pool area – sanitization / cleaning of deck, pool chairs, pool umbrella
- BBQ Area – to clean and sanitize
- Multipurpose hall, gym, badminton, tennis, basketball, squash courts, library, kindergarten, children playground and all other facilities area.
